| 1. | To access the Business Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen. |
| 2. | Click on to select the business from the drop down list. |

| 3. | Click on the Add button in the Sponsorships section of the page. |

| 4. | Type in a description for this sponsorship in the Description: text box. This information does not display, it is for reference only. This is a required field. |

| 5. | You will need the photo or logo file the business wants to add to the site to complete the next steps. The photo should be no larger than 250 pixels by 250 pixels. For reference, 72 pixels equals 1 inch. |
| 6. | To add an image, click on the Browse button. |

| 7. | The Choose File dialog box opens. |

| 8. | Navigate to the file on your computer then click the Open button. |

| 9. | The file location populates in the text box to the left of the Browse button. |
| 10. | Click on the Save button to add this file to the business. |

| 11. | Click on the Cancel button to discard your changes and close this window. |

| 12. | To make changes to an existing Sponsorship, click on the name of the sponsorship to highlight it. |

| 13. | Click the Edit button. |

| 14. | The Edit a Sponsorship screen opens. |
| 15. | You can make changes to the Description or replace the photo from this screen. |
| 16. | Click on the Save button to save your changes and close this screen. |

| 17. | Click on the Cancel button to discard the changes and return to the Business Manager. |

| 18. | To delete a sponsorship, click on the sponsorship to highlight it. |
| 19. | Click the Delete button. |
