Enabling and Disabling

1. To access the Message Boards Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen. Select Message Boards Manager.
2. The Message Boards Manager page opens.
3. Click on Drop_down_arrow to select [This Community] if you are the Community Administrator, or the Group you are an Administrator for.
4. Enabling or Disabling Sections and Forums is done in the same manner.
5. Click on the Section to highlight it.
6. To enable Sections or Forums, click on the Enable button.

7. To enable a Section and any associated Forums, click the Enable button next to the Sections in this community/group: section of the page.

8. This will make the Section and any associated Forums visible to users on the portal.
9. To enable individual Forums, click on the Enable button next to the Forums In This Section: section of the page.

10. To disable Sections or Forums, click on the Disable button.

11. Click on the Section to highlight it.
12. To disable a Section and any associated Forums, click the Disable button next to the Sections in this community/group: section of the page.

13. This will remove from view the Section and any associated Forums to users on the portal.
14. To disable individual Forums, click on the Disable button next to the Forums In This Section: section of the page.

15. The disabled Sections and Forums are noted in the list with - [Disabled] at the end of the title.
