Feedback Manager

1. To access Feedback Manager, place your mouse over the Administration Tab at the top of your screen
2. Community Administrators will be able to see Community and Software submissions. Any items flagged as community are the responsibility of the CA to read and determine a course of action for. The software and feature request submissions are the responsibility of IntelliCommunities and will be handled directly by the support team. 
3. Filter the list as desired, see Feedback Status to learn more about filtering feedback.
4. Click to highlight the feedback item.
5. Click on the View button.

6. The Add Feedback Response screen opens

7. You'll see the Subject and Description as typed by the resident.
8. In the Add Response Section*:, type the response to the feedback. This can include questions for clarification, answers to the questions asked, information regarding the resident's concerns and references for the resident to get further information.
9. You can also add attachments to your response.
10. Click on the Browse button in the Attachment: section.

11. The Choose File dialog box opens. Navigate to the file you want to upload. Click on the file.
12. Click on the Open button.

13. The file location will show in the Attachment: field.
14. Click on Drop_down_arrow to change the Status as appropriate. See Feedback Status for a thorough explanation of the status you can choose from.
15. To save your changes click on the Post Response button.
16. Click on Back To List to discard your changes and close this screen.
