To manage users and houses, place you mouse over the Administration tab at the top of the screen, and click on Houses Manager.
| 1. | To add a user to a house search using any of these parameters |
| • | House Number: type in the number of the house e.g. 3756 |
| • | Street Name: type street name only – do not include the street direction (north) or street type (drive). |
| • | Unit Number: type the unit number if applicable |
| • | Address Line 2: type the information; this is normally not used with our system |
| 2. | Click on the Search button, houses matching your search criteria will display – if no houses display, try readjusting your search criteria. |

| 3. | Locate the house you need to add a user to in the list. |
| 4. | Click on the listing to highlight it. |
| 5. | Click on the Users button. |

| 6. | The House Users screen opens. |
| 7. | Click on the Add button. |

| 8. | The Select Users to Add to House dialog box opens. |

| 9. | You can search either by last name or by alphabetic list. By default the users displayed are not in houses, you have the option to include users already assigned to houses. |
| 10. | To filter the list by first letter of the last name, click on the corresponding letter in the list. To see the list in it’s entirety click on [all] |
| 11. | Type in the last name of the user in the Last Name Search: text box and click on the Go button to see all users matching your search. |
| 12. | To add them to the house, click on the listing to highlight it, and click on the Ok button. |

| 13. | To discard your changes, click on the Cancel button. No users will be added to the house. |

| 14. | Repeat this process until all the users are added to the house. |
| 15. | After you've added the users to the house, you'll want to make them Administrators. This helps manage calendars, and house events. |
| 16. | Click to highlight the user. |
| 17. | Click on the Make Admin button to give the user administrative rights. |

| 18. | To remove administrative rights, click the Revoke Admin button. |

| 19. | To remove a user from a house in the database, search using any of these parameters |
| • | House Number: type in the number of the house e.g. 3756 |

| 21. | Locate the house you need to remove the user from in the list. |
| 22. | Click on the listing to highlight it. |
| 23. | Click on the Users button. |

| 24. | The House Users screen opens. |

| 25. | Locate the user you need to remove in the list. |
| 26. | Click on the listing to highlight it. |
| 27. | Click on the Remove button. |

| 28. | To return to the Houses Manager screen at any time click the Return button. |
