To access your Address Book place your mouse over the Personal tab at the top of your screen.

| 1. | Click on My Address Book from the drop-down menu. |
| 2. | Click on the Add button to add a contact. |

| 3. | The Create New Address Book Entry form opens. You can enter in as much or as little information as you'd like on this form including: |
| • | First and Last Name (these are required fields) |
| • | Home, Work, or Mobile, or Fax numbers |
| • | Website address, Company, and Title |
| • | Spouse's name, and Notes |
| 4. | To enter the State, click on and select the state from the list. |
| 5. | To enter a Country other than USA, click on and select the country from the list. |
| 6. | To add a Photo, click on the Select button, this will open a dialog box allowing you to navigate to the pictures on your computer. |
| 7. | Click on the photo you would like to use. |
| 8. | Click on the Open button. The file location populates in the text box to the left of the Select button. |
| 9. | Click on the Remove button to remove the photo. The existing photo will be removed. |

| 10. | The photo will now show in the address entry on your Address Book. |
| 11. | Click on Save to add this entry to the address book, click Cancel to discard these changes and close this page. |

| 12. | To delete a contact from your address book, click on the contact in the list, this will highlight the entry in another color. |
| 13. | Click on the Delete button. |

| 14. | To edit an existing contact, click on the contact in the list, this will highlight the entry in another color. |
| 15. | Click on the Edit button. |

| 16. | The Edit Address Book Entry form will open. Edit the necessary information. |
| 17. | Click on the Save button to store your changes, or click on the Cancel button to discard changes and close this page. |
