My Address Book

To access your Address Book place your mouse over the Personal tab at the top of your screen.

Address_Menu

1. Click on My Address Book from the drop-down menu.
2. Click on the Add button to add a contact.

3. The Create New Address Book Entry form opens. You can enter in as much or as little information as you'd like on this form including:
First and Last Name (these are required fields)
Address
Personal and Work email
Home, Work, or Mobile, or Fax numbers
Website address, Company, and Title
Spouse's name, and Notes
A Picture
4. To enter the State, click on Drop_down_arrow and select the state from the list.
5. To enter a Country other than USA, click on Drop_down_arrow and select the country from the list.
6. To add a Photo, click on the Select button, this will open a dialog box allowing you to navigate to the pictures on your computer.
7. Click on the photo you would like to use.
8. Click on the Open button. The file location populates in the text box to the left of the Select button.
9. Click on the Remove button to remove the photo. The existing photo will be removed.

10. The photo will now show in the address entry on your Address Book.
11. Click on Save to add this entry to the address book, click Cancel to discard these changes and close this page.

12. To delete a contact from your address book, click on the contact in the list, this will highlight the entry in another color.
13. Click on the Delete button.

14. To edit an existing contact, click on the contact in the list, this will highlight the entry in another color.
15. Click on the Edit button.

16. The Edit Address Book Entry form will open. Edit the necessary information.
17. Click on the Save button to store your changes, or click on the Cancel button to discard changes and close this page.
