| 1. | To access your Groups Calendar, place your mouse over the Groups tab at the top of your screen. |

| 2. | From the drop down menu, select on My Groups Calendar. |
| 3. | You can view the Calendar in a daily, weekly, or monthly view. These icons are on the upper left side of the calendar: |

| 4. | You can access your Personal, Group and House Calendars from this page. In the upper right corner of the screen, click to access your Group, House or Personal Calendar. |
| 5. | If you select Groups, you'll then have an additional selection box to choose the group. Click on to choose the group from the list. |
| 6. | From the Groups Calendar page you can move from month to month and year to year as well. Click on the arrows to scroll past months and see what's coming. |

| 7. | Any events you entered onto the calendar will have a pencil icon next to it. This allows you to edit the event. Community and Group Administrators are allowed to edit Group events |

| 8. | The Action button gives you options for the event you've clicked on.  |
| 9. | These are the options you have: |

| 10. | Add to My Personal Calendar adds this event to your Personal calendar. |
| 11. | Delete This Event is only available to Community and Group Administrators and deletes this event and gives you the option to delete all occurrences of the event. |
