| 1. | To access the User Request Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen. |
| 2. | If you cannot verify residency or there is another reason for not approving the user request, click on the Reject button. |

| 3. | Type the reason for rejection or ask for any additional information you need in the Reject User Request Reason: dialog box. |

| 4. | Click on the Save button, to send an e-mail to the user with your reason for rejection. |

| 5. | Click on the Cancel button, this will discard any changes and close this screen. You will be returned to the User Request Manager. |
