Rejecting Users

This item is only available to Community Administrators

1. To access the User Request Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen.
2. If you cannot verify residency or there is another reason for not approving the user request, click on the Reject button.

3. Type the reason for rejection or ask for any additional information you need in the Reject User Request Reason: dialog box.

4. Click on the Save button, to send an e-mail to the user with your reason for rejection.

5. Click on the Cancel button, this will discard any changes and close this screen. You will be returned to the User Request Manager.
