1. To submit a System Feedback, place your mouse over the Support tab at the top of the screen. From the drop down menu, place your mouse over System Feedback, a menu opens to the right for you to select either Report a Software Issue or Suggest a Software Feature.
2. Software issues to report would be if there's an issue with the portal software itself, if there's an area not working , remember to check the Feedback Status often, as this is where replies to your submission are sent.

3. The submission screen opens.
4. In the Subject*: text box, type in a short title for your feedback.

5. In the Issue Description*: section, type in a description of your concern. Include as munch information as possible regarding your issue. This information is seen only be the you, the Community Administrator, and the support staff at IntelliCommunities.

6. You can also add attachments to your submission.

7. Click on the Select button in the Attachment: section.

8. The Choose File dialog box opens. Navigate to the file you want to upload. Click on the file.
9. Click on the Open button.

10. The file location will show in the Attachment: field.
11. To submit your feedback to the Community Administrator click on the Submit button.

12. To discard your changes and close this screen, click on the Cancel button.
