To access the Documents Manager place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen.
| 1. | To View a document, search using the following parameters. |
| 2. | Click on to select the Document Type: from the list. If you select Group or Marketplace Business, an additional selection box displays for you to select the group or business. |

| 3. | In the Filters: section click on to select the folder the document is in. |

| 4. | You have several options to search the for the document, you can search by Starts With, Ends With or Contains, click on to select from the list. |
| 5. | Type in any or all of the document name in the Document Name: text box. |

| 6. | Click on the Search button to display the results. If no results display, try broadening your search criteria. |

| 7. | Click to highlight the document in the list. |
| 8. | Click on the View button. |

| 9. | The File Download dialog box opens. |

| 10. | Click on the Open button to open a copy of the file to view the contents. |
| 11. | Click on the Save button to open the Save As dialog box. Navigate to a location on your computer. Click the Save button to save the file. |
| 12. | Click on the Cancel button to close the dialog box without taking any action. |
